resources, course materials and documents, is the intellectual property of Kevin Williams Laser

Expert and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access our training courses.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding their login

credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Sale of Services

Kevin Williams Laser Expert provides online laser and aesthetic training courses. Payment must be

made in full before course access is granted.

Payments

Payments may be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal or Invoice (where agreed).

Refund Policy – Online Courses

All online courses are digital content. By purchasing, you request immediate access to the course

materials. Once access has been provided, your statutory cancellation rights end as permitted by

applicable law and the purchase becomes non-refundable. Refunds are not available where you

change your mind, fail to complete the course or purchase the wrong course after access has been

granted. This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.

Discounted Invoice Packages

Discounted course packages purchased via invoice become non-refundable immediately once

payment has been received and any discount codes, enrolment codes, voucher codes or access

codes have been supplied. This applies whether or not the codes are redeemed, subject to any

mandatory consumer rights.

Live Online EventsTransfers may be permitted at our discretion. Refunds are provided only where required by law or if

Kevin Williams Laser Expert cancels the event.

Cancellation by KWLE

If we cancel a course before access has been granted, customers will receive a full refund or

transfer to another course.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer

legislation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant

service.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
